Iñaki Alvarado
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Bringing music to life, capturing what a concert truly feels like, is what I love most. There are creative ways to show what people never see through a screen: editing, color, sound design, SFX and much more. Over the years I've learned I don't have one fixed editing style. I've tried to find it, but I came to the conclusion that every project deserves the time to understand it, so it can truly convey what it is. I also love to travel, and I'm drawn to lifestyle content, nature, sports and everything in between.
Javier Alvarado Fernandez

A music lover, drone pilot and photographer who brings structure to every project. Javier plans carefully, keeps workflows organized and works with a precise eye, turning big ideas into clean, reliable execution. From the air to the ground, he captures spaces and moments with a strong sense of composition and detail.
OUR STORY
We're Javier and Iñaki, two brothers who grew up under the same roof, house number 4.
Javier started with drone work for brands like FC Barcelona, Corona and many more. Iñaki started with music projects alongside RØZ, Padre Guilherme and Marten Lou.
4project began as real estate media. When the work grew, real estate became 4properties and 4project became our creative studio, covering concerts, festivals, branding, nightlife and more.
